We will discuss the main types of ethics/fraud “red flags” that exist within organizations today, such as: Disingenuous Leaders, Suspect Accounting Processes, Aggressive Incentives & Compensation, and (Un)Ethics & Technology – just to name a few. You will then use three new assessment techniques learned to prioritize where your focus needs to be at your organization.
