How Can We Know We Will Be OKAY?©
Ageing Canadians have a lot on their plate these days. The latest Census data tell us that over the next 25 years (by 2046), those 85+ could triple. Obviously, we are living longer and need to plan for this. To complicate things, COVID-19 has shown us how unprepared our long-term health care system is for an influx of those needing care.
To help address these and other worries many of us have, Karen has developed this webinar which answers many of the questions we all have as we age:
What are my care options and what do they cost? What are my risks for needing care? How can I stay safely in my own home? What does the government subsidize/not subsidize? What if I live alone? How can I reduce my risk of needing care? What is the difference between a retirement home and a long term care home? How do I cope with forgetfulness? How can I create a long term care plan? How much money will I need?
These are only a few of the questions answered in this session. In addition, resources will be supplied for you, your clients and your families.
