Workplace Wellness - Self-Care for Success
This year has put many additional strains on the staff and businesses. This workshop will give you a holistic approach to starting your own self-care daily practice to reduce stress, avoid burn-out and be more effective at work and home.
This workshop will cover topics including, how to identify sources of stress in our lives, what are healthy coping mechanisms, mindfulness, stress management, physical well-being, diet & nutrition, sleep, and relationships with others in order to help avoid burnout.
We'll talk about how these factors affect your professional lives and what you can do differently as individuals to reduce the effects of them on your mental health by practicing self-care.
Self-care takes practice, similar to athletes training for a sport. This workshop will provide the basis for you to create your own self-care plan.
