Dan has over 25 years experience in absence and disability management, working with employers and benefits advisors to improve their short term and long-term disability insurance, and workers compensation programs. He has a Master of Science, Vocational Rehabilitation, with a focus on mental health in the workplace; employee engagement; modifiable employee absence risk factors. He is also a seasoned speaker who presents at Human Resource association conferences, Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute events, and various insurance, disability management and return to work conferences.
