Requirements
CPHR BC & Yukon requires all designation holders to complete 60 CPD Hours within a rolling three-year cycle, with a minimum of 10 hours annually.
Within each three-year cycle, CPD activities must link to a minimum of three competency areas of the CPHR Competency Framework. Competency areas include HR-specific domains such as Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Workforce Planning, HR Technology, Innovation, Organizational Change, Labour and Employee Relations, Health and Wellness, and Inclusion and Diversity, as well as general competencies such as Ethical Practice, Continuous Learning, Leadership, Business Acumen, and Communication.
The reporting system uses a rolling three-year cycle. For example, the period 2022–2024 rolls forward in 2024 to cover 2023–2025.
