Biography
Aline Ayoub has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Her approach to people management is based on her 30 years of experience, both in large companies and as CEO and founder of Aline Ayoub HR Consulting firm for small businesses.
Whether she provides a set of easy-to-implement tools to meet a client’s human resource challenge or mentor a senior manager, Aline is very good at diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She has worked with a diverse set of clients from various sectors and industries and is fluent in English and French. Her own experience as a human resources senior executive at the Hudson's Bay Company, Loblaw’s and Sears Canada has allowed her to draw on her vast experience.
Aline holds a Myers-Briggs Personality Instrument certification. Aline has developed a curriculum for the Human Resources Management Certificate for small businesses and is implementing it through the Association of Human Resources Professionals. Passionate blogger, she integrates yoga into her personal health and well-being practice.
